Sufficient manpower may be provided to all sbco units
to complete the day today work without pending
As per the Directorate order SB order 14/2015 .
There are many Software issues in CBS scenario in many SB categories which are in
contrary to the
SB control procedural rules.
The daily accounts of H.Os and S.Os are not tallied on
that day itself ; and is found varying till the 5th of
Next month which is not a correct one.
In many SBCO units Redistribution of work among staff
is ordered locally which Is irregular as in CBS
Scenerio (100% voucher checking) is not practically possible.

SBCO officials need to be cautious while giving
statements for the fraud cases in which they are in no way connected but are
called as subsidiary offenders which is against the justice of nature.
Periodical review of staff position in SBCO branches
to be done as and when the nature of work changes.
Detailed working
procedure for the SBCO units is not yet received in CBS atmosphere.
Sbco
officials to be consulted befor implementing the Re- structuring of sbco cadres
to sort out any practical problems and work nature.
Extension of expiry period for password in finacle for
SBCO PAs as only viewing option is done
at this end.
There is a necessity to differentiate between
Verification and checking done by sbco as per the
Sb oders 14/2015, sboder 5/2016.
The recent Directorate order in which detection of
frauds is emphasized to sbco which is highly irregular as SBCO units raise
objections whenever any omissions are found
physically in the vouchers, consolidations received according to the
Control Procedures laid down.
Permission for weeding of old records may be
periodically given to all SBCO units so as to give space for the current
records , as many units do not have sufficient record rooms separately.
Qualifying service for appearing IPO exams to be 5
years instead of 8 years as the young officials
Have limited promotional oppurtunites only.
Instead of posting full signature in vouchers ,
initials may be posted(para 5.2.2(b) of addendum
of sb order 14/2015 , as posting full signatures is
very much time consuming.

Replacement of old/time barred systems for all the
SBCO units may be ensured in CBS scenario.
Resuming the transfer tenure periods to be 4 years as
of before instead of 3 years which is very short and involves change of
establishments of family often, as also SBCO is a non-sensitive branch only.
We are forced to Challenge the Directorate order blaming sbco for not
detecting frauds,
as sbco is not an investigating authority as of the
IPOs and ASPOs and only the transaction vouchers and consolidations which were
already done across the counters are
being checked for any omissions as per Control Procedures and SB orders issued
by the Directorate from time to time.
Fixation of increment by july or January for the sbco
officials who were appointed during 2014 properly as some officials have not
been given one increment while fixing the same during pay commission.
Supplying postal manuals (latest) to all the sbco units.
Issuance of orders for the TBOP/BCR at par with junior
case for all the eligible officials as the same has already been done in many
circles.
The New Pension Scheme to be scrapped and Old pension
Scheme to be implemented to all the officials appointed from 1.1.2004 as
Pension is the basic necessity and right of all the Government Servants.
