ISSUE OF NFPE, RAMANATHAPURAM DN.

Vanakkam. It is brought to the notice of our Circle Association that some issues had been raised by the P3, NFPE, Ramanathapuram Division. 

Our SBCO staff in Ramanathapuram Division are working based on the Rules, Guidance and instructions issued from time to time by the Dte., Circle office and Regional office. Our stand is very clear that we will not bow down our heads to any body who tend to drag us in to ugly scenes. 

As soon as the issue was racked up, Our Circle Association contacted our young comrades working in Ramanathapuram Division and assured our fullest co-operation in dealing the situation.  We assured that total AIPSBCOEA backs them and appreciate their working performance. 

Some of the officials / office bearers of NFPE P3 in Ramanathapuram Division tried to hide their in-efficiency in  their working and try to put  fault on SBCO officials. 

If such  type of officials carried out their work genuinely, based on the Rules, SB frauds in some of the offices could have been averted well in advance. If the postings of RD transactions were done in Sanchay post and RD Passbooks correctly there would not be any question of balance discrepancy and now there is no need for crying. 

We expect our P3 people to self analysis themselves before pointing their fingers towards SBCO. Instead of doing so, let them concentrate in booking the faulty officials and help the Administration to recover the defrauded amount from the main offenders instead of Subsidiary offenders. 

At  the same time, we know why our rival union in SBCO cadre is hurrying to flare up the issue. There are lot of burning issues in SBCO cadre and especially in Southern Region. Most of issues are ignited by the present Circle Secretary of rival union against our SBCO officials. It is a well known fact and in Rules  that wherever necessary, adequate manpower should be provided from operative staff to SBCO for clearing pending voucher checking. 

But in Southern region, the present Circle Secretary of rival union, being PA ICO (SB),  misguides the  Regional Administration for ordering deputation arrangement to some of the offices. Don't he know  that the work in the seat  of officials gone for deputation will be pending and how this will be cleared.? He think as though he is playing well but all SBCO officials in Southern Region watching him keenly. He holds sword having sharp edges either side. He is throwing stones from sitting inside the Glass house. Surely it will break the Glass house and damage will be to him only.

Our people are very strong in their belief over our Association and we sure, we are able to tackle any situation and we will completely back our members in all issues. We are capable on standing on our own legs without depending anybody. 

We are sure that we  will not let SBCO officials down as our rivals do .
