CPMg addressed to stop insisting SBCO to provide daily report on live accounts

Respected sir,

        It is brought to our Circle Association that SBCO units  have been directed to submit no. of live accounts statement on daily basis from 11.02.2017.

        In this connection it is to inform that in CBS environment all reports could be generated from any where by the authorities concerned. This figure may well be obtained by Divisional / Regional level using their respective user ids and password.

        It is a well known fact that SBCO units are working under heavy pressure following implementation of CBS and issuance of various orders in the CBS environment.

         But without considering these facts, insisting SBCO units to submit the figure on daily basis is not fair and even against the assurance given by the CPMG in the four monthly meeting during November 2016. The subject raised and reply given are reproduced here for kind ready reference.

Subject No. 3:
     Request to take appropriate action to enable user ids in Finacle to Divisional, Regional and Circle level to generate reports required at that level instead of insisting on SBCO.

Reply:
     There is provision of generating report at various levels.  Once system starts generating reports, this will not be insisted on SBCO.

       Hence it is fervently requested to cause issue necessary orders to all concerned to stop insisting SBCO units to give the figure on daily basis.
