AGITATION PROGRAMME LAUNCHED

Dear Friends,

As per the decision taken by the All India Working Committee meeting, we launched agitation programmes.

1. Wearing of Black Badge : From 30.01.17 Monday to 04.02.17 Saturday

2. Massive Dharna              : 07.03.2017 Tuesday at Circle office premises, Chennai
                                               From 1030 hours to 1630 hours.


Notices and Black badges have been dispatched today to all our members. We request you all to participate in these agitations in massive  manner and make it a grand success.

Some of the demands are

1.  To fine tune the incomplete Finacle software which now uplifted misappropriation cases.
2.  To redefine Rules on voucher checking .
3.  To work out time factor for each and every work of SBCO in the CBS environment and thereby
new augmentation of SBCO cadre.
4.  Strict adherence of Directorate instructions in SB order 14/2015 to provide staff to SBCO for
       assistance after roll out of CBS .
5.  Change of nomenclature of PA ( SBCO ) in to Auditor and accordingly grant of promotion to
      staff.
6.  Cadre restructuring of SBCO.
7.  Filling up of vacant posts in the backdrop of CBS.
8.  Restoration of powers for recording APAR of SBCO staff to AO ICO (SB) in place of Divisional
     Heads.
9.  Promotional avenue at par with General PAs.
10. Contributory  negligence / Irregular recovery imposed on SBCO staff .
11. Permitting SBCO officials to appear in Aptitude test for serving in IPPB.
12. Depriving SBCO officials from appearing in AAO examination.
13. Permitting SBCO staff for appearing in PS Gr B Examination.
14. Suspension of SBCO officials in misappropriation cases in CBS scenario to be revoked and
       regularized.
15. Revised control procedure .
16. Replcement of outdated computers/UPS to all SBCO units.
17. Higher pay scales for higher responsibility posts (LSG I, HSG II and HSG I posts).
18. Transfer liability of SBCO staff with in a Division.
19. Provision of sufficient record room to SBCO.
20. Provision for posting full time MTS to each SBCO .
