RIVAL UNION COMES CLOSE TO OUR STAND ON ISSUES

Dear friends,
         Vanakkam. It is to announce that our rival union also backs our stand on issues and follow our views.

          Last week they follow our stand on Inclusion of Pre - Induction training period for the purpose of counting the period as regular service for grant of MACP which was posted in our blog some few days ago.

          Our friends in the rival union informed that  now, this time,   they  follow our stand on revised Time factor to SBCO cadre following implementation of CBS in all the offices. As already circulated, due to our Circle association efforts, resolutions had been passed in the Central Working Committee meeting at Ujjain in this regard. Our General Secretary conveyed the resolutions passed in the meeting to the Secretary Post vide lr no. AIPSBCOEA/CHQ-Memorandum/2016-17 dt 21.09.2016 in which time factor issue figured in item no. 4.
           

         Though they are just copying our views and stands on many issues and writing letters to Circle office, Directorate etc., they could not become like us. We are always  co-operating with the Administration but at the same time, we are ready to agitate for the legitimate rights of our SBCO cadre and to fight to safeguard the interests of our SBCO cadre which we can not expect from rivals.
