Vanakkam. Our Circle Association wants to clarify the following points raised by some of our cadres regarding the subject above.
1. This issue had already been brought to the notice of our Circle Secretary by some of our members who are affected on pay fixation in the light of 7th Pay commission. Since it is an All India issue and related to other cadres also, the matter had been brought to the notice of our General Secretary by our Circle Secretary over phone immediately requesting GS to take up the issue with DTE and Secretary General, NFPE.
2.Our General Secretary immediately took up the issue with Secretary, Posts by writing a letter no. AIPSBCOEA/CHQ/MACPs/2016 dated 22.09.2016 and pursue the matter with Secretary General, NFPE (copies circulated vide CHQ Bulletin no. 8 dated 30.09.16 and furnished below). Secretary General had written a letter no. PF /GENL/MACP dated 23.09.2016 to Secretary, Posts regarding this and constantly monitor the issue expecting a positive reply from the Secretary, Posts at the earliest.
3., It is brought to the notice of our Circle Association that our rival union has written a letter to CPMG on the same issue knowing all the above said facts well and at the same time suppressing it
But our Circle Association is in strong belief that nobody can suppress our efforts on this issue and at the same time sincerely hopes our SBCO officials understand our stand on this.
Thanks to our comrades to bring this issue to the notice of Circle Secretary and an opportunity to clear our stand on the issue.
