BI-MONTHLY MEETING SUBJECTS

SOUTHERN REGION :(19.09.2015)

1.Weeding out of Old records –Orders are issued by the Divisional Heads to weed out the old records with condition to segregate the records required for investigation pending. Orders are solicited for early completion of investigation so that time barred old records shall be weeded out regularly.

2. Non-granting of TA bills to SBCO officials (Ex) Ramanathapuram Dn & Kovilpatti Dn.,

3. Provision of UPS to SBCO units of Madurai & Sankarankoil HOs.- As systems are not supported by UPS, during power failure datas are corrupted.


WESTERN REGION :(12.09.2015)

   1.Abnormal delay in the relief of officials re-allotted to Chennai City Region. Request for early relief of the officials.

   2.  Delay in transmission of SB returns to SBCO by SOSB group of HO – (Ex)Dharapuram, Tirupur, Gobichettipalayam,  Erode Hos. Request for transmission of returns on day to day basis.
  
      CHENNAI CITY REGION: ( 15.09.2015)

   1. Discontinuance of V2SBCO software at all SBCO units in Chennai City Region, as   
       this lead to duplication of work and also causes delay of cent percent checking of   
       vouchers which is the main duty of SBCO after CBS migration.

  2. Request for replacement of old computers  and printers with advanced powerful
       systems to cope up with need in the CBS scenario which is generally a problem
      faced by almost all SBCO units in CCR.

  3. After migration to CBS since the data has been migrated from S.O. Sanchay post
      the verification of balances for all categories except (NSS 87) need not be sent to
      SBCO as all transactions are in double entry system in finacle itself. The SB-3  
      cards for many closure cases are with CPC , which are not attached with SB-7A 
     during the time of closures; the same may be returned back to the concerned 
     units after scanning at CPC. Whenever any office is migrated to CBS the 
     reconciliation report which should be sent to SBCO are not received in many
     units and also no intimation of the same is given priorly.
