In spite of our association's immense efforts, V2 SBCO has been discontinued with effect from 01.10.2015. Our special thanks to shri A. KESAVAN, Asst Circle Secretary and Kum M. ANITHA Madurai Divisional Representative for participating in the final discussion with DPS and PMG,Southern Region on discontinuation.
We suggest the following for the kind attention of Supervisors, SBCO in Southern Region :
* Please make an entry in Supervisor's office note regarding discontinuation of V2SBCO with memo no. and if possible, paste an order copy of the same in the Office note itself for future reference.
* From 01.10.2015, except feeding transactions in V2SBCO all other control functions may kindly be carried out effectively.
* With in 31.12.2015, please arrange to complete ledger agreement in r/o all categories.
