As I am to attend the 3rd Circle Conference of our All India Postal SBCO Employees Association held on 11th and 12th September 2015 at Erode as a delegate, I request that I may kindly be granted two days Special Casual leave on 11th and 12th Sept 2015.

The copy of the CPMg letter for Special Casual Leave for attending our 3rd Circle Conference at Erode on 11th and 12th Sept 2015 is furnihsed below.
As per Para 30 (h) of our Union constitution " Being Circle basic unit, Circle conference shall consist of delegates representing all paid members". Hence all our members are eligible for Special casual leave. We request you all to apply the Spl casual leave well in advance and to attend the Conference. If spl CL is not granted in time, you need not worry. Pl apply other kind of leave and attend the conference. At the close of the Conference, you will be supplied with an attendance certificate by our Circle Secretary. On production of the same, the leave you applied for will be converted in to Special Casual leave by the Admin.
