PERIODICAL MEETINGS ARE NOT GRANTED TO OUR RIVAL ALL INDIA SBCE UNION - ACCEPTANCE GIVEN BY G S of our Rival Union.

It is brought to the notice of  ALL OUR SBCO staff that though our rival union is claiming again and again about its recognition with more membership than our Association, It is clear fact that it has not been granted periodical meetings at Directorate level or no discussion with it by the Department on any policy matter. 

This fact is accepted by the  GENERAL SECRETARY of our rival SBCO union and it is learnt by from reliable sources that he has requested to grant periodical meeting vide his letter dtd. 28.05.2015 to the Directorate on the issues stating  that no periodical meetings are held wih it.  He demands to discuss on issues like

                                                       

1. Grant of organized accounts cadre scales to SBCO staff. 

        

2. Delegation of power of writing of APAR of SBCO staff to AO ICO (SB).

            

 3. Filling up of all Supervisory posts, i.e LSG, HSG II and HSG I as per seniority as most of

    The staffs are drawing pay scales of HSG I.   

These issues are already discussed by our AIP SBCO EA at all level as in 7th  CPC, Departmental JCM and responded by the DTE positively and in process for approval through the efforts of Federation ( NFPE) after enlisted in Charter of demands in agitation programs by the Association & federation. Powers of writing APAR to AOICO is accepted by the Department in its written reply to this association after meeting dtd 27.04.2014 and in process for proper approval . LSG/HSG-II & I issues will solve after restructuring which is approved by the Ministry.  

The efforts of the rival  union to show that they are doing something and accepting the fact that it has not got periodical meetings though they are having more membership as they are claiming. All these facts are already published in our website earlier. The act of the rival union to misguide the SBCO staff that they are doing something is nothing but to show their poor knowledge on the facts that  are discussed at DTE & Govt. level by Our AIP SBCO EA on the issues of SBCO. 

Our Department has accepted our demand to finalize the role of SBCO as an Audit wing  after our approach at the Ministry level. It was the  effort of our Association and accepted in Chennai workshop held on 23/24 April 2015 to finalize the Role of SBCO in CBS in presence of so many experts from all circles called by the Department..

We wish to bring the  fact to the notice of our members that they are misguided by our rival union. 

Only our AIP SBCO  EA can save SBCO & its future Role as Audit which is discussed in 7th CPC and at DTE level with strong support of NFPE Federation.
