Dear Comrade,
Sub: Rotational transfer liability of PA/SBCO – Action needed – reg.

I wish to bring the following for your kind notice and necessary action please.

1.As per DG post letter no. 141-77/2000-PSB dt 02.03.2000, “ two or three HOs as far
as contiguous as possible should be grouped together and the SBCO staff transferred to such group of HPOs after completion of prescribed tenure. The HPOs grouped together as above on the principle of contiguity should be as far possible within a Division and if not within the Region”.

2. As per  DG letter no. 141-141/2013-SPB-II dated 31.01.2014, “rotational  transfer of
SBCO staff will be made within the cluster of divisions”. It is not known whether it is a clarification issued or misconception of /deviation from earlier orders.

3.Especially in Tamilnadu circle each division consists of more than one HPO and transfer liability of SBCO staff as mentioned in para no. 1 above is very much convenient and they are most benefitted. If the latest orders are followed from RT 2015, our staff will be mostly disturbed.

4.Hence it is requested to take appropriate action on the above subject so that the latest orders issued vide DG post letter no.141-141/2013-SPB-II dt.31.01.14 may be dropped and necessary orders issued to follow the earlier orders issued during the year 2000 as mentioned in the para no.1 above.
            With greetings,

                                                                                                                                                                                 Yours fraternally,
( M.P.P. KARTHIKEYAN )
