The 5th All India Biennial Conference of AIPSBCOEA  is to be held at Nishkam sewa trust(Agrawal sewa sadan) Bhopatwala Chauraha, Nishkam Marg, Haridwar (Uttarakhand)  on 5th and 6th July '2019. All  are  welcome  in large numbers to discuss productively and  decide  the  role and  importance  of  SBCO  ,  the past history, present  situation  and the future of  SBCO  with  all  your  suggestions comrades.
