Dear Comrades,

The All India  Postal  SBCO Employees Association (affiliated with NFPE) always believes in 
struggles and truth from its origin. It is well known that struggles for truth face many tough tests upto achieving the aim. It is learnt that during the period from verification of membership 2010 to till today AIPSBCOEA have been constrained thrice to prove our membership to maintain recognition for trade union facilities because of imaginary proposal introduced by the rival union on filmsy grounds and debarred us to work as unionist for welfare of SBCO cadre.

Now the AIPSBCOEA got succeeded to get its recognition vide Directorate No.16/75/2010 SR Dt 25th April 2019 which is attached below.

Comrades as you knew that the publication of result for verification of membership  2015 is pending with Department , AIPSBCOEA has already filed case before Honourable Madras and Honourable Calcutta High Couts for publication of result to verification of membership 2015. It is our previlege that both the Honourable High Courts  have issued directions to the Department for publication of result in respect of verification of membershinp 2015. 

Accordingly you may adjudge the actual unionist - AIPSBCOEA who always stood up for Welfare of SBCO cadre through struggle culminating with strike.

So all of you are requested to enroll your valuable membership  with AIPSBCOEA to safeguard the identity of SBCO cadre.

Note. Please prepare yourself to attend the scheduled Vth All India Conference at Haridwar.
