On behalf of Reception committee, we express our sincere gratitude and thanks to one and all who gives donation, organize to get the donation for the successful holding of our Circle Conference. 

In Southern Region, one of our active members was transferred in a vengeance manner in the name of Interest of service just one month before completion of his tenure against his willingness / willing place by misguiding the authorities. This was brought to the notice of our Circle Association. We immediately acted up on the case and had frequent contacts with the officers and appraised them on the real facts suppressed by the official working in ICO (SB), Madurai. Our Office bearers in Western Region also met the PMG, WR who was then holding additional charge of Southern Region. The matter was also taken up with the present DPS. The officers fully understand the whole conspiracy against our member and during recent request transfer orders, the official is posted to his willing place.  It is a Victory to our Team work. Two other cases of pending cases are also constantly pursued with the authorities and hope we will get fruitful result.

In a similar manner, during RT 2017, in contravention of RT rulings, the person working in ICO (SB), Southern Region, prepared the RT list  cleverly disguised the actual facts. The orders are completely irrational favouring ones who are closely associated with him and had adverse comments even from members of the Union he belongs to.

But we are not taking such things  like shameful manner. Even when we discussed on the request transfer cases with the DPS, Southern Region, we suggested  transfer to the officials belonging to other union also.  We always act within the purview of Rulings and safe guard the interests of our SBCO cadre and not like doing favour to the individuals closer to Office bearer of that old union. We can cite such numerous cases of favoritism done by the Old union office bearer.

To cover up his misdeeds, that particular official used backdoor entry to ICO SB on deputation basis even after his request for second extension was not granted by the Chief PMG.  He is not bothered of SBCO cadre but keenly interested to safeguard himself. All the SBCO officials working in Southern Region hated his selfish activities but silent because of  the fact that if they challenge him, they will be targeted.

Our Association wants all to know the activities of old union and hence we bring the above matters in Public. We sincerely hope all will understand the indifferent attitude of the that old union towards the SBCO officials in our Circle particularly in Southern Region.

We once again request all our SBCO staff to come and participate in our Circle Conference  and observe what we are  going to discuss, passing resolutions and the equal treatment of all members  whether he is holding highest post in the Association or being a member.
