ADVANCEMENT OF BCR PROMOTION ISSUE

Dear Friends,

Due to the efforts of Central Head Quarters of our Association, Hon'ble Supreme court has directed our Department to issue orders of promotion to the officials on par with the junior officials promoted earlier than them.

A model  letter is furnished here for your ready reference. Please make a representation to CPMg wih proper channel

As per Gradation list as on 01.07.1999

1. Officials from sl no. 122 to 146 are  to refer Sri M. Govindasamy as Junior to them

2. Officials from sl no. 148 to 222 are to refer Smt N.Jayalakshmi as Junior to them

Pl correctly note the junior name at para no.3,4, 5 and in the table of the letter. M. Govindasamy / N.Jayalakshmi

Date of BCR :  M. Govindasamy  01.01.2000          N. Jayalakshmi 01.01.2001

Note :Those officials who got MACP II  promotion without getting BCR promotion may add the following  para in their representation as point no. 6

"I was granted MACP II promotion w e from ___________ whereas I am eligible for B CR promotion w e from  01.01.2001 itself. Hence I may kindly be promoted under BCR scheme with effect from 01.01.2001 simultaneously withdrawing the MACP II promotion given to me."

1.       I wish to submit the following few lines for benign consideration and favourable orders of CPMG please.

2.      I am given to understand that the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has ordered  extending the benefit to senior staff of SBCO cadre, by ordering the pre-ponment of their date of  second financial up-gradation ( i.e., BCR promotion) at par with their juniors who got higher pay scale after completion of 26 years of their service.

3.      As such I am of the opinion that my date of promotion is also be pre-poned with reference to ______________, who is junior to me vide the Circle Gradation list as on 01.07.1999, but promoted much earlier to me by virtue of his/her length of service.

  

4.       I wish to submit that my junior Sri/Smt._____________ whose sl. No.      (vide Circle Gradation list of SBCO staff as on 01.07.1999) was promoted under BCR scheme earlier to me.

5.      As per the Judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, I am also eligible for promotion on par with my junior. Hence I request that I may kindly be considered for promotion on the same date on which my junior _________                      was promoted to BCR  for which act of kindness I shall be much thankful to the Chief PMG.
