CIRCLE WORKING COMMITTEE MEETING AT UDUMALPET - NOTICE

Dear Friends,

Vanakkam. Circle working committee meeting of our Association will be held on 10.12.2016 at Udumalpet near Palani. Notice in this regard has been given and the same is furnished hereunder.

All Office bearers of our association will attend  the meeting. We request all our members to make it convenient to participate in the meeting as special invitees.

The venue is just 5 Km away from Udumalpet bustand and Railway station. All buses routed to Tirumurthimalai and / or Amaravadhi Dam are passing through the venue.  The venue is just opposite to Annanagar bus stop.

N O T I C E

In pursuance of articles 31 & 32 of the Constitution of All India Postal SBCO Employees Association, notice is hereby issued for convening Circle Working Committee meeting of the Association. The said meeting will be held on 10.12.16 and commence at 10.30 AM.  The following items will be discussed in the meeting.

1.      Functioning of Circle Association since the last Circle conference at Erode  during Sept 2015 and CWC meeting at Madurai during June 2016

2.      Issues and problems  faced by SBCO officials in the CBS environment

3.      Victimization of SBCO officials by the Divisional and Regional Administrations

4.      Action to be taken to enroll more members in the association during the ensuing verification process of members

5.      Financial review

6.      Any other item with the permission of Chair.
