INDUCTION TRAINING TO SBCO OFFICIALS AT PTC, MADURAI

Dear Friends,

Vanakkam. 

Induction training to 48 SBCO officials is ordered in first phase. All of you well know that it is materialized because of our constant efforts with Circle office. This was one of the major item putup for discussion in the Four monthly meeting with CPMg during April 2016 and we got positive reply from our CPMG.

The induction training has been arranged in Postal Training Centre, Madurai. Madurai is an ancient city well known for its historical places. PTC is situated near Airport, Madurai and easily  accessible from Madurai Bus stands and Railway station. 

From Railway station :

You have to go to shopping complex bus stand (Opp to Periyar Bus stand ) near by Railway station (Just 3 min walkable distance ) to board City bus to PTC. 

Bus stop : Postal Training Centre or Perungudi

From Arapalayam Bus stand : 

You have to come to Shopping complex bus stand (Opp to Periyar Bus stand ) from Arapalayam bus stand and from there to board City bus to PTC.

Bus stop : Postal Training Centre or Perungudi

From Shopping complex bus stand, it takes around 20 to 25 minutes to reach PTC.

From Mattuthavani bus stand :

You can get bus from this bus stand itself enroute to buses towards Tuticorin, Aruppukottai, Tirunelveli and get down at Mandela nagar.  From here, you can take any City bus towards Madurai Periyar bus stand to reach PTC. (2nd stop from destination of Mandela nagar)

Officials coming from Southside of Madurai shall get down at Mandela nagar itself before reaching Madurai

Some suggestions :

Our association wishes to purforth the following as suggestion for the goodselves of our officials attending training 

1. Being Training Centre and you being a Central Govt Employee is expected to follow and maintain decorum as specified by the Administration of PTC, Madurai.

2.You are expected to abide by the Rules and Regulations in force and circulated by the PTC administration from time to time.

3.Follow dress code at Training halls, hostel, canteen and premises of Training centre

4. Respect PTC staff in all cadre  and your fellow trainees

5. Please leave the campus after getting proper permission from authorities concerned

6.Concentrate in your training as you have to work in the office based on the training only

7. Accommodate yourself to the environment of PTC, Madurai and have pleasant training.
