1. As
SBCO is to carry out 100% voucher checking in r/o all categories and to check
account nos. in LOTs viewed from Finacle, it is requested to issue orders for providing
staff from Operative staff to SBCO units
for assistance in physical voucher checking as directed in SB order 14/2015
dated 19.10.15 and DTE., order no.
25-06/2012-FS-CBS (PT) dated 10.03.16
2. Newly
recruited SBCO officials joined duty during and after March 2015 are yet to
undergo Induction training. Since such officials are facing hardship in
attending to their work, it is requested to issue necessary orders for
imparting Induction training to them either at Postal Training Centre or Work
Place Training Centres at the earliest.
