WORKSHOP AT DELHI

Dear friends,

Vanakkam.

                  As already informed, a workshop is organised by our AIPSBCOEA HQ at Delhi on 10th and 11th Dec 2015 to discuss on the matters - Role of SBCO in the CBS environment , Contributory negligence cases , writing of APARs and Payment bank VS  Postal Savings  Bank besides History of Trade Union movement in India.

                    We appeal to all SBCO officials to participate in the Workshop. 

            We nominate shri JEEVAN, Organizing Secretary  and PA (SBCO), Arni HO as co-coordinator of the Delhi trip. The participants who intend to come to Delhi, pl note the following points.

1. They have to apply their own leave. No special leave is applicable.

2.They have to make their own arrangement for all needs. In order to easy the process, Jeevan will co-ordinate all the requirements  such as ticket booking and lodging.of the participants. Food arrangements will be borne by the Individuals. 

3. For train  ticket booking to and fro from chennai, Rs.1600/- for 3 tier sleeper coach is required. For lodging, approximately Rs.400/- for two days staying ( 10.12.15 forenoon to 12.12.15 forenoon )  for triple bed room is required. So, a total of Rs.2000/- is required per person for train booking and lodging arrangements.

5. An amount of Rs.2000/- may be deposited in to Jeevan POSB account no. 3044303465 before 03.11.2015 so that train ticket shall be booked to accommodate the participants in one coach. Pl note tickets will be booked on 04.11.2015 morning and any body prefers after this date, shall have to make their own arrangements without depending on Shri Jeevan.
