Denial of CBS Training to the newly recruited officials in Southern Region

Dear Friends,

 CBS training to all SBCO officials are given at WPTC, Madurai HO in Southern Region. Two batches had already been completed training and all of a sudden, training to newly recruited officials has been denied stating that they are yet to go for induction training. Our Association requests the CPMG to intervene in this matter. The copy of the letter is given below,

            Sub: Imparting CBS training to newly recruited PAs/SBCO in Southern Region-reg.

            Our Union wishes to bring the following for kind information and intervention of our CPMG  please.

CBS training is now going on for SBCO officials in Southern Region at WPTC, Madurai. Already two batches had completed training including newly recruited officials. But now, the newly recruited officials are recalled from attending CBS training stating that as they are not undergone induction training, CBS training shall not be given to them.

Our Union feels that imparting CBS training is now very essential as all the PAs(SBCO) including newly recruited PAs(SBCO) have to work in the CBS environment and imparting induction training is completely  different from CBS training.

Hence we sought the kind intervention of our beloved CPMG to cause issue of necessary orders to impart CBS training to all SBCO officials including newly recruited officials.
