Subjects for Bi-monthly meeting to be held with PMG, SR & CR

1     The  subjects for the Bi-monthly meeting with PMG,Central  Region are furnished below.

              1. Delay  in relief of PAs/SBCO re-allotted to Chennai city Region. Early relief  may be 

          ordered

       2.  Filling up  the post of Chief Supervisor HSG I, Trichy HO   

The  subjects for the Bi-monthly meeting with PMG, Southern Region are furnished below.

1.No. of offices migrated to CBS is more in Southern Region and hence as and when SOs are migrated to CBS, the staff working in SOSB branch may be re-deployed in SBCO branch for assistance in physical voucher checking as suggested by the Group constituted for devising new role of SBCO in CBS environment.

2. Providing sufficient record room for SBCO Units of Tuticorin and Tiruchendur HOs

3. Replacement of time old computers in the SBCO Units on  priority basis.
