Sub: Allotment of PA/SBCO to the Regions – reg.

Our
Union expresses its thanks for the action taken by the Circle administration in
expediting the recruitment process of PA /SBCO cadre and at the same time
requests to consider the following while ordering allotment to the Regions in
the cadre of PA/SBCO.
1. The re-allotment requests
of PAs (SBCO) who are already serving in
the Department may be considered and orders issued re-allotting them to the Region of their
choice before allotment of the newly recruited candidates to the Regions.
2. The newly recruited PAs
(SBCO) may be allotted to their own Regions or to the nearby Regions of their
nativity to the maximum extent possible in the residual vacancy so that they
can perform their duties comfortably and can feel safe and secure. This will also
avoid re-allotment requests to a maximum
possible extent in future and
3. As done in the past, they
may be posted before their formal training so that the department can get some
man power to quell the heavy work load/arrears of work caused due to
consistent shortage of staff.
