NOTICE
Notice under the provisions of Article 31 of the Constitution of All India Postal SBCO Employees Association is hereby issued that the Circle Working Meeting will be held as per Article 30 of the Constitution of AIPSBCOEA on 23.06.2022 at 397, Chockanathar Thirumana Mandabam, vadakku Maasi Veedi, Madurai- 625 001 following all the preventive measures to contain the COVID-19 Pandemic spread.
The following shall be the items of the agenda:-
1. Organisation Review – Review of the present membership to spread largest union in the Circle.
2. Discussion on scrapping of NPS.
3. Review regarding the proposal of unification/merger of PA (CO/RO)/(SBCO)/(FPO) with PA(PO).
4. Contributory negligency cases imposed on SBCO staff of the Circle-Review regarding.
5. Review of Cadre Restructuring to SBCO & filling up of vacant posts.
6. Discussion on Role of SBCO after Unification of PA (CO/RO)/(SBCO)/(FPO) with PA(PO).
7. Remittance of quota to C.H.Q.
8. Streamlining of Subscription of the AIPSBCOEA members.
9. Any other item with the permission of Chair.

Notice under the provisions of Article 31 of the Constitution of All India Postal SBCO Employees Association is hereby issued that the Circle Conference of Tamil Nadu Circle will be conducted as per Article 29 of the Constitution of AIPSBCOEA on 24.06.2022 and 25.06.2022 at 397, Chockanathar Thirumana Mandabam, vadakku Maasi Veedi, Madurai- 625 001 following all the preventive measures to contain the COVID-19 Pandemic spread.
The following shall be the items of the agenda:-
1. Confirmation of the proceeding of the 5th Biennial Circle Conference held on 28.12.2019 & 29.12.2019.
2. Consideration and adoption of the Biennial report and Financial report of the Circle Association for last two years.
3. Organisational Review of the present membership to spread largest union in the Circle.
4. Review regarding the proposal of unification/merger of PA (CO/RO)/(SBCO)/(FPO) with PA(PO).
5. Review of Cadre Restructuring to SBCO and filling up of vacant posts lying in the Circle.
6. Discussion regarding recovery under Contributory negligence laid on SBCO Officials.
7. Discussion on scrapping of NPS.
8. Remittance of quota to C.H.Q.
9. Streamlining of Subscription of the AIPSBCOEA members.
