CIRCULAR TO MEMBERS REQUESTING DONATION

Vanakkam.
The financial position of our Association is very poor and we are not in a position to send our circle Quota to our Central Head Quarters. In recent times, the expenses of our Circle Assn., has been met by some of the office bearers from their own money. In consultation with the Circle Office bearers, a circular reqeusting for donation is dispatched to our members. Though the circular is addressed to one of our members in each SBCO unit, it meant for all our members in that unit.

We are sure you will take the circular in the right spirit and donate liberally. The copy of circular is furnished here.

Dear friends,

Vanakkam. With the support of all of you, our association becomes a major union in SBCO cadre in our Tamilnadu circle.  Our Association sincerely thanks all of you for this achievement .  With this support, we can achieve something to our SBCO cadre. Issuance of latest Addendum II to SB order 14/2015 is one of the example for our efforts. In the history of SBCO cadre, we are moving to the agitation programme and Post card campaign is most success  one  by which the Circle Administration is seeking clarification from us and issue orders to all Regions in conformity with our stand.

We all are aware that for a successful movement of Trade union activities, the financial position should be healthy.  We are having a minimum subscription of Rs30/- per month per member.  It is intimated by our Treasurer that the financial position is very poor and in some occasions, we, the office bearers, are compelled to meet the expenses towards our association.

Hence it has been decided by the Circle Working Committee to raise fund in the form of  donation  to meet over the expenses of our Association. The following is decided

1. To fix an amount of Rs1000/- for office bearers of Association
2. To fix an amount of Rs200/- for members of our Association.

 We sincerely hope this amount will not be a burden to all of us to spare for the Association normally and that too in the juncture of getting arrears amount in connection with 7^th Pay Commission implementation.  I request all of you to contribute the amount mentioned above as your donation to our association and the amount may be credited in to the POSB account possibly on or before 5^th Sept 2016.
