The Subjects for discussion in the
ensuing RJCM, Tamil naducircle on behalf
of our association is furnished below.
1. Providing assistance for physical voucher checking to all SBCO
units :
1.1
Speedy migration of CBS is going on in Tamil nadu circle. At the same time the work
of SBCO is redefined by DTE in the CBS environment. The work of SBCO in all the Units are
increased multifold as per SB order
14/2015, such as receipt of all categories of
SB returns directly from Sub accounts branch of HO and HO counter, 100%
of physical voucher checking with respect to the List of transactions viewed
from Finacle software etc.,
1.2
Realizing the fact of increasing workload of SBCO,
Dte,, in its SB order 14/2015 issued on 19.10.2015, categorically direct to
re-deploy staff working in SOSB branch of HO to SBCO also. The extract of order is re-produced below.
“ As and when SOs are migrated to CBS, staff working
in SO SB branch should be reduced and re-deployed either at POSB counters or at
CPC or in the SBCO branch for assistance in physical voucher checking” [ Sub
para 1.1 of para 1: General of SB order 14/2015 dt 19.10.2015]
1.3 As
such it is requested to re-deploy staff working at SO SB branch to SBCO
branches so that orders issued vide SB order 14/2015 will be effectively
carried out in SBCO branch
