Dear friends,

            Vanakkam. We are very much happy in contacting you thro this letter. As all of you aware, re -verification of membership for the year 2015 in r/o all Unions and Associations is ordered by the DTE. All the existing members are to sign in the new form.

            It is a wellknown fact that our AIP SBCO EA works for the betterment of our SBCO cadre.Some of the achievements we have made with the strong support and Unity of our members are summarized below.

1.Reallotment requests were considered and officials posted in their choice of Region as well as HO

2.Writing of APARs issue taken up with JCM (only we can participate for which our rival union could not). As the reply received is not convincing, we once again tookup the case with the HQ.

3.Action is being taken to modify the cluster of Divisions in to Cluster of HOs for transfer purpose.

4.Action is being taken against the Transfer and Placement policy issued by DTE which adversely affects the SBCO officials, if implemented

5.Withdrawal of V2SBCO software in Central and Western Region. It is under process in Chennai city and Southern Region.

6. Laser printer supplied to all SBCO units in Western Region. The same process is undergoing in all other Regions.

7.Utilization of funds allotted to SBCO units has been ensured in the first time in the History of our SBCO cadre.

Besides these we have achieved lot of things at HO and Divisional level. We are so happy to declare that we are the most powerful Association with maximum no. of members and we are very proud to be one of the effective organ under NATIONAL FEDERATION OF POSTAL EMPLOYEES.

Now time has ripened once again to show ourStrength and Unity. Please enroll in full and request our rival union members also to become our Association members. The revised form is enclosed. Pl sign it in the appropriate place and send it back to our Circle Secretary immediately to the below given address, as time given is very short.
