SUBJECTS FOR FOUR MONTHLY MEET WITH CPMG

Dear friends,

Vanakkam.

The Four monthly meeting with CPMG, Tamilnadu circle is going to be held on 27.04.2016.. The subjects sent for discussion are furnished below for your information.

1. As SBCO is to carry out 100% voucher checking in r/o all categories and to check account nos. in LOTs viewed from Finacle, it is requested to issue orders for providing staff from Operative staff to SBCO units for assistance in physical voucher checking as directed in SB order 14/2015 dated 19.10.15 and DTE., order no. 25-06/2012-FS-CBS (PT) dated 10.03.16

2. Newly recruited SBCO officials joined duty during and after March 2015 are yet to undergo Induction training. Since such officials are facing hardship in attending to their work, it is requested to issue necessary orders for imparting Induction training to them either at Postal Training Centre or Work Place Training Centres at the earliest.

INSTRUCTIONS TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO SBCO FROM OPERATIVE STAFF

Dear Friends,

Vanakkam.

By this time you all are well aware of SB order 14/2015 by which the revised procedure of working of SBCO branch is communicated.

One of the major change is that preparation of Consolidation is entrusted to our SBCO branch by directly receiving the SB returns from Sub accounts branch and 100% of General check of vouchers with respect to the LOT viewed from Finacle.

In SB order 14/2015 itself, it is clearly stated to provide SO SB branch staff to SBCO by reducing the staff strength in SO SB as and when offices are migrated to CBS. The officials so re-deployed to SBCO are to be utilized for assistance in physical voucher checking.

The same matter is reiterated in the latest orders issued by the Dte., posted below. Pl go through the point no. 4 of the order in this regard.

GRAND SUCCESS OF WORKSHOP AT MADURAI

We are very happy that the workshop on "CBS , SBCO RULINGS & CONDUCT RULES" organised by our AIPSBCOEA is a grand success. About 25 officials participated the workshop for a full day and make use of it.

We sincerely thanks our senior members shri R.Murali, Sr Supervisor, SBCO Parktown HO and Shri M.Thangavelu Supervisor, SBCO, Erode HO for their deliberations in the workshop.

We record our sincere thanks to shri Ragunath, ASP, Legal cell, Regional office, Madurai for his kind consent to participate in the workshop and elaborately discussed the Conduct Rules and educated our SBCO staff.

We once again thanks all SBCO staff participated in the workshop.
