Dear
comrade,
Sub: Demand
for enhancement of Casual leave – reg.
Ref: 7th Pay commission report
Greetings to you Comrade. Our Circle Association wishes to bring the
following for the notice of our beloved General Secretary.
As of now, we are eligible for 8 days casual leave in a calendar year.
The request of enhancing CL to 12 days in a year is not accepted by the 7th
Pay commission.
We feel that 8 days CL shall be applicable to the Central Govt employees
who are working in 5 days a week pattern. As
far as our department is concerned, we are working for 6 days in a week
and hence at least 12 days CL shall be demanded for our staff.
Our Circle Association fervently requests our General Secretary to take
up our request with the higher body of our Federation as well as to the notice
of our Department.
Thanking you comrade,
Yours fraternally,
M.P.P. KARTHIKEYAN
